Lyra

The sky of Europe

The constellation Lyra is linked to one of the most powerful stories in Greek mythology: that of Orpheus, the poet and musician capable of enchanting the world with the sound of his lyre. It is said that his music was so powerful that it stopped rivers, calmed animals, and even moved stones. When his beloved Eurydice died, Orpheus descended to the Underworld to bring her back, managing to move the gods with his song. He was allowed to bring her back among the living, but on one condition: not to look back at her on the way back. Orpheus could not resist and lost her forever.
After her death, Zeus placed her lyre in the sky, so that her harmony would endure beyond time.
Lyra is the sky of profound emotions, of what cannot be seen but is felt.
Sleeping here is like entering a space of balance and silence, beneath the European skies where art, music, and beauty have always found a home.
