Welcome to Glamping Tenuta Ca’Nova.
Using this website and booking a stay at our property implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, by email, by phone, or through our partner booking portals.
The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation and the credit card required solely to guarantee the reservation.
Payment for the stay is made directly at the property, unless otherwise indicated.
2. Credit card guarantee
A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation.
The card is used solely as a guarantee and is not charged at the time of booking, except in cases provided for in the Cancellation Policy.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations made after this deadline, in the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, according to the conditions confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check-out: from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Any requests for Early Check-in or Late Check-out are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance.
5. Rates
Unless otherwise specified, rates include:
- overnight stay;
- breakfast;
- access to the pool during permitted hours;
- use of pool towels;
- parking;
- Wi-Fi.
Rates may vary based on the season, availability, and current offers.
6. Swimming Pool
Use of the swimming pool is reserved for hotel guests and is at their own risk.
For safety reasons, use of the pool at night is not permitted.
Management reserves the right to temporarily limit access for technical or maintenance reasons.
7. Respect for Peace
Glamping Tenuta Ca’Nova was created to offer an experience immersed in nature and relaxation.
We therefore ask guests to respect the tranquility of the property and other residents by avoiding loud noises, loud music, and behavior that could disturb others, especially during the evening and night hours.
8. Pets
Pets are permitted only with prior authorization from Management.
The owner is responsible for their pet’s behavior and for any damage caused to people, property, or the property.
9. Property Damage
Guests are required to use the accommodations, furnishings, systems, and common areas with care.
Any damage caused during their stay may be charged to the responsible party.
10. Offered Experiences
The experiences featured on the website are for informational purposes only.
When specified, they are organized and managed directly by external professionals, who operate independently and are paid directly by guests.
Glamping Tenuta Ca’Nova offers its location as a meeting point to promote the local area and promote experiential tourism, without assuming the role of organizer of activities offered by third parties.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed in compliance with current legislation, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

12. Limitation of Liability
Glamping Tenuta Ca’Nova cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, weather events, technical failures not attributable to the facility, or other unforeseeable events.
13. Changes to these Terms
The Management reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version published on the website is the one in effect at the time of consultation or booking.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute will be settled by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
Cancellation Policy
Our guest satisfaction is important to us. To ensure proper booking management, we adopt the following cancellation policy.
Credit Card Guarantee
A valid credit card is required to confirm each reservation.
No amount will be charged at the time of booking, except as provided in this Cancellation Policy.
Free Cancellation
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date.
Late Cancellations and No Shows
For cancellations made after the deadline, in the event of a no-show (No Show), or early departure, Glamping Tenuta Ca’Nova reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card provided as a guarantee.
Booking Changes
Requests to change the dates of your stay will be accepted subject to availability and may result in price changes.
Bookings via External Portals
Bookings made via online booking platforms (OTAs) are also subject to the cancellation policies of the portal used. In the event of differences, the policies communicated by the portal itself will prevail.
