Guided by the experts at La Botega di Carilius, guests learn to make typical specialties such as fresh handmade pasta, gnocchi, risotto, tiramisu, and other seasonal recipes, experiencing a genuine moment of conviviality, creativity, and sharing.

A selection of Carilius Valpolicella wines will accompany the preparation, chosen to enhance each course and showcase the region through its aromas and flavors. The cooking class was created with the specific aim of introducing some of the Veneto’s culinary excellence, transforming each recipe into a tale of tradition, seasonality, and local culture.

The experience includes a welcome tasting of typical local cured meats and cheeses paired with Carilius Metodo Classico, an interactive cooking class with guided preparation of traditional Italian recipes, a guided tasting of Carilius wines paired with the dishes prepared, and a presentation on the Valpolicella region and the Carilius production philosophy. The menu can be customized based on the season and the group’s needs.
